These terms apply when you use tnpath.com and the TNPath packet builder (together, “TNPath”). By using TNPath or buying a packet, you agree to them.

TNPath is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. TNPath provides self-help templates, general information and document automation. It does not determine whether you qualify for TN status, recommend strategy for your situation, or represent you. Using TNPath does not create an attorney-client relationship. TNPath’s founder is not a lawyer.

1. What TNPath does

TNPath asks you questions and assembles your answers into document templates: an employer support letter and a packet guide containing general information. The documents reflect only what you enter. TNPath does not review your answers for legal sufficiency.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of everything you enter and everything you present to any government official.
Your employer must review, correct and approve the letter before signing it. Never sign or present a statement that isn’t true.
Immigration rules, fees and procedures change. Verify current requirements with U.S. Customs and Border Protection before you travel, and get independent legal advice when your situation calls for it.

3. No guarantee of outcome

Admission to the United States is decided solely by U.S. government officials. TNPath does not guarantee that you will be admitted, that any document will be accepted, or any other result.

4. Purchases

The TN Accountant packet costs $99 USD, paid once. Payments are processed by Stripe; TNPath does not receive or store your card details. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. After payment, your files are generated in your browser and available to download immediately.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to generate and use the documents for your own TN application and your employer’s review of it. You may not resell, redistribute or offer TNPath’s templates or output as a service to others.

5. Refunds

Because your packet is generated and delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable. If a technical problem prevents you from generating or downloading your files, email us at tnpath@outlook.com within 14 days of purchase. We’ll fix the problem or refund your payment.

6. Intellectual property

TNPath’s website, software, templates and written content belong to TNPath. The documents generated from your answers are yours to use as described in section 4.

7. Disclaimer

TNPath is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNPath disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. General information may become outdated.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TNPath will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including denied or delayed admission, travel costs or lost income. TNPath’s total liability for any claim relating to TNPath is limited to the amount you paid for your packet.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with its effective date, applies from the time it’s posted.
